These lines from the Threepenny Opera by Brecht / Weill not only form the conclusion of the Moritat of Mackie Messer. They are often used at the end of the play to give not only the performers on stage, but also the orchestra, the director, technicians, costume and make-up designers, and everyone involved, their fully deserved applause.
At HfMT Cologne, the administrative staff and teachers work hand in hand. Without this collaboration, music and dance would not be possible. So please: Applause.
