Department 5

Musicology, Music Education, Church Music

Department 5 is home to the teacher training program as well as the instrumental and vocal pedagogy programs and elementary music pedagogy. The latter two are located at the Wuppertal and Cologne campuses. In addition, the church music degree programs and two academic master's degrees - Music Education and Musicology - are located in Department 5. The faculty and students of Department 5 are intensively networked with all other departments.
