Human Resources and Organization

The heart of HfMT Cologne is our teaching and administrative staff, and the Human Resources team takes care of them. We are the right contact at all university locations for all questions relating to staffing, employment law, organizational and personnel development, civil service and collective bargaining law, personnel statistics, and much more. We accompany our employees from A (such as job advertisement) to Z (such as reference) and are available to them with advice and support even in tricky matters.
