University budget, Third-Party Funding Management and Accounting
The "Financial Management and Taxes" department is responsible, among other things, for the preparation and ongoing execution of the university budget. In this context, the needs of the university are prepared for the Ministry of Culture and Science, and the internal distribution of funds is compiled for the rectorate. The rectorate and the departments and institutes are supported with corresponding reports. These are prepared individually, if necessary. The Third-Party Funding Management department supports HfMT researchers in their search for suitable third-party funding partners and assists in the preparation, preparation, submission and processing of third-party and special project funding proposals in the non-economic sector. The accounting department is responsible for handling payment transactions, i.e. posting incoming and outgoing invoices in the EPOS.NRW system, clarifying payment transactions, and correspondence with the state treasury.
