Procurements of all goods and services

The Purchasing Department is the central department for all procurements that are not carried out by the Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW. All items and services (including contracts for freelance work of up to one day) that are associated with university operations are handled here. Depending on the scope of the procurement, different legal regulations must be observed. For example, the sub-threshold procurement regulation or the EU procurement law. Depending on the award procedure and the object of procurement, different durations are to be expected. These are determined by the respective procedure and the deadlines and requirements to be met.
